Abandoned Building March 18, 2012

I noticed this run-down building this afternoon, and as it didn't seem to be posted as

"No Trespassing", I wandered in for a look-see.  Interesting building, not sure what it was used for,

but the interior had several "stalls" that looked like work stations. 

I grabbed as many pics as I could until I was besieged by a swarm of black flies!

Historic buildings

This group consists of a few old factories and an old church.  Check out the roof on the church.  A lot of buildings in the area used patterned shingles. 

Farms and Buildings

Shots taken today from Dover and Wassaic, Dutchess Cty NY. 

It's amazing how many abandoned and dilapidated farm structures there are in the area.

Old Buildings

Here are some shots Feb. 12, 2011.  Just some random buildings, but they caught my eye.

This first group are of an abandon farm house.

 This group is from an old abandon sanitarium in Harlem Valley, NY.  You really need to see this place at dusk.  It looks like Michael Meyers' home.
